La Colombe

Washington, DC

One of five DC branches of the specialist coffee roaster, this La Colombe occupies a vintage brick garage in Blagden Alley. The long space is drenched in natural light, and while the stools and little tables aren't the most comfy, in-the-know locals fill them while savoring great lattes and scones.

The cafe hides in Blagden Alley; enter from 9th St NW or N St NW by looking for the 'Blagden' street sign and then following the brick lane in.
