Perched atop an 11,000ft peak, the Summit affords far-reaching views of Salt Lake City and the surrounding mountains. Even nonskiers take the 1.6-mile aerial tram ride up to Hidden Peak for the photo ops. Oh yeah, the two-story restaurant does organic rotisserie chicken, artisan pizza and grass-fed beef chili.
