We categorize T-Coon's as 'Cajun,' but in fairness, this restaurant thinks of itself as 'zydeco' cuisine – a synthesis of South Louisiana cultural currents. Whatever label you wish to apply, T-Coon's doles out excellent brisket, fried shrimp, jambalaya, smothered rabbit and – we found this surprising – a special low-carb 'skinny fat' menu of meat and vegetable plates.
