Only three things are served here: chopped pork, Brunswick stew and coleslaw. No ribs. No shoulder. The result is transcendent, vinegary BBQ – and it's even better with a dash of hot sauce.
The pork spends a full 24 hours in the smoker, which is the way it's been done since 1929. You can buy bottles of the famous sauce to take out – and we recommend you do, as you'll likely be dreaming about this tangy goodness for days.
