The Southern biscuit gets the organic ingredient treatment here, in a pretty, minimalist setting filled with upcycled wood furnishings. Signature biscuits (which are good on their own) can come slathered in goat cheese, pecans and honey, with smoked ham and cheddar, or with local almond butter, among many other variations.
