OST Restaurant

It should come as no surprise that cowboy cuisine is the dominant theme around these parts. The OST (which stands for Old Spanish Trail) serves up hearty chuckwagon-style breakfasts, along with Tex-Mex and the ubiquitous chicken-fried steaks at dinner. The decor includes wagon-wheel chandeliers, saddle seats at the bar, and an entire wall devoted to John Wayne.
