College Houses Cooperatives

During the summer when (most of) the students have gone home, the empty rooms in the seven student coop houses are quite the bargain, and they keep you centrally located near the UT campus. The planning window is short, however: you have to give them 48 hours' notice, and they don't take reservations more than a week in advance.
