Created in Nashville in 1912, milk chocolate Goo Goo clusters are still winning hearts and taste buds. At this SoBro gift shop and dessert bar, watch Goo Goo team members whip up batches of the chunky morsels, which are filled with caramel, peanuts and marshmallow nougat. It's billed as the nation's first combination candy, and yes, free samples are available.

The shop also holds hands-on chocolate classes for $40 on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays.
