Ecstasy by the steaming oversized bowl, Tosh's ramen comes with silken broth and crunchy sprouts, topped with a poached egg if you like it that way. It couldn't get more authentic. Try to carve out some room for an order of sweet and spicy wings. Everyone is drawn to this happy place in a nondescript strip mall, so go early.
