Historic Brewing Barrel & Bottle House

Flagstaff

The taproom for the Historic Brewing Co, Flagstaff's local microwbrew, has 26 craft-beer taps, wine flights and bottles produced by the local Grand Canyon Winery. There's also a massive wall-refrigerator lined with a dizzying selection of beer by the bottle or can.

This is the most sophisticated and low-key of Flagstaff's many brewpubs, with an industrial-hip vibe and a limited menu of meat-heavy delights.
