While service may lag, meals deliver, with the excellent regional cuisine ranging from fresh green salads to bison burgers, braised portobellos and steak. All food is made on site and the certified green menu offers only sustainable seafood. The wine list is decent and, best of all, the low-lit room is forgiving if you arrive covered in trail dust.
This is one of the few restaurants in Utah to be awarded the Certified Green Restaurants seal from the Green Restaurant Association (www.dinegreen.com).
