Ruby’s operates two restaurants: a full-service dining room and buffet off the hotel lobby, and an economical diner that serves pizza, burgers and fried food. Both deliver mediocre assembly-line cooking that’s overpriced but convenient. For fresher food, order off the menu instead of the buffet. Expect a wait at dinner.
The breakfast buffet is simple but filling – or you can order a la carte. It's one of the few places in town open in the off-season.
