Join members of Seattle's Swedish Club on the first Sunday of the month for a buffet of thin pancakes drizzled in lingonberries and served with a hearty slab of ham. Traditional Swedish music and dancing usually accompanies the meal. Come early and grab a seat by the windows for a great Lake Union view.

Don't worry about standing out in the sea of regulars: this brunch is popular with hungover 20-somethings and Seattle foodies – it draws a diverse crowd.

Note the two exceptions to the first Sunday of the month rule: there's no brunch in July and it is held on the second Sunday in September.
