Nambéware, a unique metal alloy that looks like silver without containing silver, lead or pewter, was developed near Nambé, north of Santa Fe, in 1951. Gleaming, elegant bowls, plates and vases, individually sand-cast, are now an essential component of Santa Fe style. There's another, larger outlet (924 Paseo de Peralta) facing the start of Canyon Rd.
