Headquarters at Seaport District

San Diego's fairly new shopping center (opened 2013) is also one of its oldest buildings: the 1939 former police headquarters has turned into some 30 shopping, dining and entertainment options. There's a small exhibit of vintage handcuffs, helmets, badges and jail cells for you and up to 15 of your friends.
