This stylish but welcoming pub serves only sour beers and wild ales – possibly the only such taproom in the country. Grab a stool at the long copper-topped bar and enjoy small pours of craft sours from Colorado and around the world. Gorgeous cheese and charcuterie plates balance the sours perfectly. A bit pricey overall, but definitely worth the splurge.
