Bozeman & Gallatin Valley

Tiny, windowless subterranean rooms are barren and cramped, but share a library, kitchen (available evening hours) and a large communal area with flat-screen TV. Shared baths are clean but steamy. For all its infrastructural shortcomings (did we mention windowless?), this is still a friendly and welcoming place popular with foreign backpackers.

It's superconvenient to downtown (you're right under it).
