To be frank, no one is coming to the Western Alleghenies for Texas-style barbecue, but Pork & Beans argues, "Why not?" They've got juicy brisket with nicely charred 'bark' (crust), spare ribs and a signature pork-and-beans dish of pork shank, turnips and bean stew that packs customers in.
