Butcher & the Rye

Good meat? Good whiskey? Good times. Butcher & the Rye is new-school hip, but its focus on excellent carnivorous fare and brown liquor feels classic. Not so the interior – all clean lines, lounge music and sexy lighting. To be fair, even the meat is presented flash and sexy: try ground-duck dirty pasta or caramelized pork-belly 'pig candy.'
