Le Mardi Gras

This excellent dive bar has been open since 1954, and they've probably cleaned the carpets at least once since then. You can still smoke inside, the service is friendly and the bar tries to live up to its namesake by displaying purple, yellow and green (the colors of New Orleans Mardi Gras) and providing general good times.
