The signature poached-egg dishes here are spectacular and involve layers of delicious things like polenta cakes, roasted vegetables, Mexican cheeses and cornmeal-crusted tomatoes (don't miss the housemade hot sauces). Gourmet sandwiches including crab patty or braised corned beef are served for lunch. Much of the produce is grown in the garden, and there are good cocktails, too.
