A strong contender for best dining spot in the entire Triangle, this modern, dinner-only, Asian-fusion spot is very much a farm-to-table affair, with all ingredients sourced from North Carolina. Thank chef Andrea Reusing, a James Beard Award winner, for triumphs such as crispy whole black bass with hot chili, fresh turmeric, dill, fried shallots and roasted peanuts.
For dessert? High Rock Farm chestnut crème caramel with poached pears and sorghum snaps.
