The Backstreet Pub

Coastal North Carolina

Behind Clawson’s on Front St, you'll find this cozy cubbyhole hangout, housed in a historic bakery. The walls still contain the original brick ovens – only now they're covered with books and boaty memorabilia. The courtyard is the setting for many local events, including the annual Beaufort Music Festival and Hoot Nites, in which locals bring their instruments for a jam.

Food trucks are reguarly hosted in the courtyard, too.
