Settle in for an eye-popping multicourse feast based on the day's harvest (allow three hours), where the service is as theatrical as the presentation. Be sure to book at least a month in advance. The dress code prefers jackets and ties for gentlemen; shorts are not permitted.
By day, visitors are welcome to tour Stone Barn Center for Food & Agriculture, which has a basic takeout cafe.
