Peter Luger Steakhouse

Brooklyn: Williamsburg, Greenpoint & Bushwick

New York’s most storied steakhouse (in operation since 1887) serves up an amazingly tender porterhouse, dry-aged on site and sliced up for two. À la carte sides are simple, like onion rings or baked potato with sour cream, and service can be somewhat stiff. Reservations are essential well in advance. They don't accept credit cards: just cash or US debit cards.
