Within a simply furnished, color-splashed restaurant, fluffy arepas (cornmeal flatbread sandwiches) are turned out to perfection. 'Miss Piggy' is an arepa crammed with pork shoulder but many are fond of the 'Volveré,' a spicy-creamy combo of chimichurri, avocado and guayanés cheese – one of several filling vegetarian options. The lunch special ($12) adds a soup or salad; kindly service comes for free.
