A world away from the grungy, betting-slip-strewn 'off-track betting' parlors of yore, OTB pays vague homage to racing thoroughbreds with some equine-themed decor but overall it's the low-lit chandeliers, flickering candles and dark-wood furniture that impart a classy vibe.
