Westlake Fish House

Long Island

In the marina of the same name, this a Montauk favorite for all things sea. Montuaker Chef Shawn Hewitt, a former fisherman, now helms dishes such as blue-corn tortilla-crusted salmon, linguine and local clams, and a variety of creative fluke specials (a massive culinary improvement, according to the guys at the adjacent bail and tackle shop!).

It does a tough-to-beat $7.95 breakfast sandwich with coffee, which you can enjoy alongside the morning seagull symphony.
