American Bounty Restaurant

This CIA student–run restaurant focuses on seasonal, Hudson Valley produce and modern interpretations of regional American cuisine. Reservations are required for the restaurant, but you can just show up anytime at the more casual Tavern section, which offers its own lower-priced menu of simpler dishes between 11:30am and 6:30pm.
