Considering the nearest Indian restaurant is in Queens (well, probably not, but there are certainly none around here), the mile-long South Indian dosas (stuffed lentil crepes) served in this wildly popular Amagansett option are shockingly authentic save the gourmet ingredients. You can go for classic (spiced potato), but why not add spinach, roasted tomatoes and Monterrey jack cheese?
