West 79th Street Boat Basin Café

New owners and an award-winning Culinary Institute of America chef revitalized this perennially popular waterside spot a few years back. The Robert Moses–era structure, with an elegant colonnade opening onto an outdoor Guastavin-tiled rotunda, provides great marina and Hudson River views. Always deservedly popular for sunset drinks, the menu (salads, sandwiches, seafood and brick-oven pizza) are another drawing card.
