This is the kind of friendly, easygoing neighborhood bar you wish was your local. (We do, anyway.) Beverages focus mainly on craft brews (10 rotating selections on tap) and unfussy, inexpensive cocktails – including eight different takes on a Moscow Mule ($12). The exposed brick walls, industrial fixtures and lack of sport-playing TVs feel more Brooklyn than UWS.
That large wooden box toward the back is a custom-made shuffleboard deck; there's also board games and cornhole on offer. Don't miss the Wall of Bob, a collection of portraits of famous Bobs: Marley, Kennedy, Hope, Dylan, Newhart, Sponge…
