Butcher's Daughter

SoHo & Chinatown

The butcher's daughter certainly has rebelled, peddling nothing but fresh herbivorous fare in her whitewashed cafe. While healthy it is, boring it's not: everything from the soaked organic muesli to the spicy kale Caesar salad with almond Parmesan or the dinnertime Butcher's burger (vegetable and black-bean patty) is devilishly delish.

Add a mimosa at brunch, or get buzzy with a craft beer or biodynamic vino over dinner. And if you're feeling like you need to chill out further, the Butcher's Daughter now offers CBD (a non-psychotic substance from the same plant as cannabis) shots, which can be added to its smoothies, wellness lattes and coffees.

Around the corner, the Butcher's Daughter Market offers takeaway coffees, salads, bagged granolas and a sprinkling of branded homewares.
