Opened in 1937, with a superb lobby resembling a rustic hunting lodge, Gallup's finest historic hotel quickly became known as the 'home of the movie stars.' Big, bright and decorated with eclectic Old West fashions, rooms are named after former guests including Humphrey Bogart and John Wayne. There’s also a good restaurant and a bar, plus a cheaper, modern motel wing.
Pet fee is $25 per stay.
