Brimfield Antique Show

Massachusetts

Six miles west of Sturbridge is the Brimfield Antique Show, the largest outdoor antiques fair in North America. How big is it? The fair takes place on 23 farmers' fields, where 6000 sellers and 130,000 buyers gather to do business. The town has shops open year-round, but the major antiques shows are held in mid-May, early July and early September, usually from Tuesday through Sunday.

Most of the fields are free to enter, but the 'premium' fields may charge an admission fee, especially early in the day.
