Kid-friendly family restaurants have a reputation for being a little unimaginative, but this definitely isn't the case at Cafe Miranda. An old house with a bright-pink interior is the setting for a kitchen cranking out dishes ranging from Szechuan noodles to housemade falafel, braised curried lamb, and poached haddock. Also burgers, pizza, pasta and fries with a slew of sauces.
This has to be one of the most varied menus in the state, but the kitchen manages to pull everything off. Many dishes feature tofu as a vegetarian alternative.
