Asmara

Portland has a large Eritrean population, and as such it's one of the few places in the USA to sample Eritrean cuisine. Do so at Asmara, which serves fiery beef with onions and okra, lamb curried in a red-pepper sauce, and stewed lentils, among other treats all worth a sample.
