Rosie's

There are a lot of forgettable bars in the Old Port, but Rosie's, with its neighborhood vibe, wood floors and local clientele, stands out by not super standing out, if that makes sense. It doesn't have gimmicks or a theme, it's just a nice old bar by the docks, and we're down with that.
