This decent-value, turn-of-the-20th-century hotel has a homely, friendly feel, with old-fashioned pigeonhole mailboxes behind the lobby desk and sweetly floral rooms. Rates reflect the bathroom situation, and how many floors you climb (no elevator). The cheapest rooms share a bathroom on the 3rd floor; others have a private bathroom down the hall. Spacious 1st-floor en-suite rooms cost the most.
