Francis Malbone House

This grand brick mansion was designed by the same architect as the Touro Synagogue and was built in 1760 for a shipping merchant. Now beautifully decorated and immaculately kept with a lush garden, it is one of Newport's finest inns. Some guest rooms have working fireplaces, as do the public areas. Gourmet breakfast and afternoon tea are included in the tariff.
