Hoot

Midcoast Maine

The Hoot is a farm-to-table restaurant in the original sense – ie it's a restaurant attached to a farm, located about 3.5 miles south of Belfast in Northport (confusing, we know). The changing menu might feature duck cassoulet for dinner (weekends), or squash risotto with eggs for brunch (weekdays). The cocktails pack a punch.
