Shy Guy Gelato

Burlington

After a stint in Italy rediscovering his Italian heritage – and authentic gelato-making techniques – Vermonter Paul Sansone returned to Burlington to found this great homegrown shop. From its initial incarnation selling small batches one day a week, Shy Guy has evolved into a fully fledged business with its own storefront and Church St cart. Grab a scoop before it sells out.
