Splash at the Boathouse

Perched atop Burlington's floating boathouse is this sometimes low-key, sometimes raucous restaurant-bar with stellar views over Lake Champlain. It serves a full menu, but that's really not the point. Come here to kick back with an evening cocktail or microbrew and watch the boats lolling about the lake, preferably at sunset when yellow and purple shadows dance across the water.
