Graffiti covers the walls and zillions of mugs hang from the ceiling in Dark Horse's no-frills, cave-like taproom. IPAs dominate the line up, but robust stouts flow too. From March to October, the action spills out to the picnic table–strewn beer garden. Hour-long tours (per person $20, including pint glass and six samples) take place between noon and 6pm Saturday and Sunday.
The Dark Horse coffee shop–bakery in front has delicious pastries and roasts its own beans. There's also a creamery-candy shop, cycle shop, woodworking shop and bottle shop as part of the Dark Horse compound.
