Historic Annapolis Museum & Store

The well-stocked gift store – run by the city's historic preservation group – is a great spot for nautically themed gifts and regional products. The long-running exhibit Freedom Bound: Runaways of the Chesapeake fills several small rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors. It spotlights the stories of nine slaves and indentured servants who tried to escape their dire circumstances.
