Eggslut

Venice, Marina Del Rey & Playa del Rey

Westside outpost of the DTLA hipster foodie favorite. This cozy, post-industrial storefront's best seller is the Fairfax sandwich (a lovably gooey mess of scrambled eggs, caramelized onion and sriracha mayo) served in adorable mini paper bags. The namesake 'eggslut' is a coddled egg nestled on top of potato purée in a glass jar and served with toasted crostini.
