Bottle & Bond

Kentucky

There’s lots to love about this slick, modern-industrial restaurant inside Bardstown Bourbon Company: the fried chicken double-dipped in buttermilk, the mushroom-sauced sweet potato gnocchi, cocktails like the Bardstown mule (bourbon, kiwi and ginger beer) and the rare whiskey library. Friendly servers hail from around the world as part of a foreign exchange internship program.

Bardstown Bourbon Company is a contract distiller. The gift shop attached to the restaurant sells bottles of the brands made on-site, and staff pour samples.
