Northwest of downtown Bloomington, rustic Upland Brewing Co makes mostly true-to-style suds, including a very drinkable Dragonfly IPA and Champagne Velvet, a revived pre-Prohibition pilsner once brewed in Terra Haute. Next door at Wood Shop is where things get truly creative and funky.
