Inside a beautiful reclaimed wooded barn, chef Niall Campbell II cooks up his proudly local creations sourced from artisan farmers, foragers and fisherman, with stunning results.
The all-American burger is perfect, a glorious combination of juicy, charred Iowan beef, crunchy fixin's from their own gardens, American cheese and spicy jalapeños (pair with the fantastic Brussels sprouts). But you cannot go wrong: dry-aged steaks are wonderful (dinner mains can be ordered at lunch), fresh seafood is never frozen and everything is swarming with culinary heart and soul.
