Knock back lychee sake-tinis at this sleek, bright red Japanese restaurant (shokudō means ‘dining room’) that’s always filled to the ceiling (which is the bottom deck of the parking garage overhead). A mixed-plate traditional Japanese and island-fusion menu depicts dozens of dishes, from mochi (rice cake) cheese gratin to lobster dynamite rolls and more traditional noodles and sushi.
